Clinician, Lab Coordinator
Paula joined Dr. Bentz’s team in December 2007 and has been in the wonderful field of orthodontics for over 20 years.
She has been married for over 20 years to her wonderful husband named Eric. They have four children, the oldest being Brittany, Brock, Baylie and the youngest, Brayden. In her spare time, she loves to paint, exercise, play golf and spend time with her family. She looks forward to meeting you at your first visit!

Jill
Treatment Coordinator
Jill has worked in many aspects of orthodontics for over 30 years! Currently, she is Dr. Bentz’s Treatment Coordinator and will review the treatment plan that the doctor will be recommending.
On a personal note, Jill grew up in La Crosse, and she has a wonderful husband named Bevin and two step-sons. It will be Jill’s pleasure getting to know you and your family! Welcome!

Casey
Office Coordinator, Dental Hygienist
Casey has been working with Dr. Bentz for over 4 years. She graduated from WTC in 2002 with a Technical degree in Dental Assisting and in 2009 with an Associate of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. Casey works full-time for Dr. Bentz. When you visit the office, you will see Casey at the front desk or helping the clinicians from time to time.
During her free time, she likes to spend time with family and friends, spend time in the great outdoors and read.

Mandy
Clinician, Patient Coordinator
Mandy has worked in the orthodontic field since 2004 and with Dr. Bentz since 2008. She truly enjoys taking part in making beautiful smiles!
Outside of work, Mandy keeps herself busy by playing volleyball, exercising, and photography. Besides being very active she spends most of her time with her husband, Chad and their son, Daxson. Mandy and her family reside in Trempealeau.

Stephanie
Financial Coordinator
Stephanie has 7 years of orthodontic experience, and she is currently the office Financial Coordinator. In addition to her orthodontic experience, Stephanie has 15 years of experience in accounting and insurance. She is always happy to assist you with any insurance or financial questions!
Stephanie now resides in Galesville with her Fiance Russell. In her free time, she enjoys being with her friends and family, riding motorcycles, and shopping. Stephanie looks forward to seeing you in the office!

Shelly
Clinician, Invisalign Coordinator, Ordering Coordinator
Shelly has been in the dental field since 2001 and in orthodontics for several years. She joined Dr. Bentz’s team in of July 2007 and enjoys working to create beautiful smiles!
Shelly grew up in the La Crosse area and now resides in Chaseburg where she enjoys the great outdoor life. Outside of work, Shelly enjoys spending time with her her husband Brian, her family and friends, snowmobiling, and playing with her dogs Finnagen and Buddy. Brian and Shelly welcomed their first child to the family, Ava Mary, in December of 2009.

Kayla
Clinician, SureSmile Coordinator
Kayla graduated from the dental assisting program at WTC in 2007. She joined Dr. Bentz’s team in May 2007. As an Orthodontic Clinician, Kayla will help Dr. Bentz put your braces on and see you during the adjustment appointments until you get your braces off!
When she’s not in the office, Kayla enjoys spending time with her dog, shopping, crocheting, hunting and watching movies with her husband Trent. She and Trent were married in October 2007 and reside in Westby. They have just welcomed their first child in April of 2010, a healthy baby boy, Jaden Trent.
